Sponsor A Cat

Cat Tales Sponsorship Plans & Form

Each year, Cat Tales provides medical care, food, and a safe haven for hundreds of stray and feral cats and kittens in our community and beyond. But financially, we can’t do it alone.

Consider sponsoring a cat on behalf of family, friends, schoolmates, employees, or co-workers. Sponsorships can be given as gifts and are tax deductible! Sponsorship enables our volunteers continue to care for each cat for life.

Sponsorship matters – sponsor a cat today!

Each sponsorship includes a photo, story about your cat or kitten, six-month updates and a Cat Tales magnet.

PLAN 1: Handicapped & Feral Cats – $10/month (or $120/year)

PLAN 2: Elderly (10+ years old) & FIV Cats – $15/month (or $180/year)

Note: Every dollar donated goes directly to the care of abused, neglected, and abandoned cats and kittens in our community. Please click on the blue buttons to make a one-time or monthly donation through the secure form or by mail. Thank you!

Lily

Gender:Female

Breed:Domestic Short Hair

Color:Calico

Age:15 years 5 months old

I'm very, very shy. I was found abandoned at the feral colony on Thomas Street. There was evidence that I had been nursing kittens but nobody could find them for me. I really like playing with toys and I thoroughly enjoy the company of other cats. I'm not very interested in people right now after what I've been through. That could change if I just got someone's undivided attention. But I am a good kitty and Cat Tales can continue to care for me if you would consider sponsoring me?

Lucas

Gender:Male

Breed:Domestic Short Hair

Color:Black

Age:7 years 11 months old

When my sister Ginger and I were found, our eyes were so badly infected, they were practically closed shut. Thanks to Cat Tales, our eyes are healed and we're starting to allow volunteers to pet us. I have a heart murmur but I am getting good care now. We're not ready to be adopted, but we could really use a sponsor to help with expenses

Gender:Male

Breed:Domestic Short Hair

Color:Black & White

Age:13 years 2 months old

I am very thankful to be at Cat Tales as I've spent many years on the streets. Because of my history I'm very fearful of humans and won't anyone get near me. I'm also FIV+. Cat Tales will care for me for the remainder of my life, but you would you consider sponsoring me and support my care? We all need a little help sometimes.

Minxie

Gender:Female

Breed:Domestic Short Hair

Color:Orange Tabby

Age:2 years 1 month old

Minxie is a beautiful orange Tabby found behind a closed restaurant on a very busy highway in Middletown with three kittens.  By the time they could be trapped/rescued by Cat Tales, one kitten was missing as was Minxie’s tail.  It's believed she and the one of the kittens may have been attacked. Both of her surviving kittens have been adopted. Minxie is very shy and scared right now, but overall in good health. Cat Tales will providing care and socialization so she can someday be adopted. In the mean time, please consider sponsoring Minxie!

Mishu

Gender:Male

Breed:Domestic Short Hair

Color:Black & White

Age:6 years 5 months old

My story is incredibly sad. I was found living on the juvenile facility campus in a small colony and one of the workers there heard me screaming and found me in a vat of freezing water. I was up to my neck in water and I was literally freezing to death. The worker got me out of the ice water and keep me warm while they called Animal Control. I nearly died! I'm so grateful to be safe, warm and rescued! It will take me time to trust humans, so for now I'm very content staying here with my Cat Tales friends.

Nathan

Gender:Male

Breed:Domestic Short Hair

Color:Brown Tabby

Age:10 years 11 months old

I have been through so much with living on the streets and getting my foot caught in an inhumane trap but I have been shown compassion and patience which really has me feeling like a whole new cat! I am still a bit scared of humans and I will not let anyone put me in a cat carrier to see the vet so the vet needs to come to me. I am very content with my Cat Tales friends and would love a sponsor to help pay for my care.

My name is Nibs! My sisters (Cubby & Tootles) and I were found in a back yard, fending for ourselves. I have recently started to trust humans and have become very affectionate. I love to be pet and love attention. I do not like to be picked up and am difficult to get in a carrier. I need a quiet home, with a patient person who will give me as much time as I need to adjust. I must be in a home with either my sister Millie, or with another cat. Please adopt me!
